Service Description
Join us in March for our first Forró Roots course of the year for Intermediate dancers! We'll be building on top of the foundations covered in the previous month, and taking our dancing to the next level. This course takes place each Tuesday in March and is split into 4 parts where we will be covering different movements and themes, giving you more confidence on the dancefloor. - Week 1: Caminhada, Contra base, Contact and Elasticity - Week 2: Bahia Hip, Trava, Roots Base and using Sacada in the base - Week 3: Peao, Inverted Peao, Giro Paulista and variations - Week 4: Pendulo and introduction to Left Leg Sacada Spaces are limited.
